CPSC发布了婴儿摇篮的zui终规则

2012年11月7日，美国CPSC在*公报FR上发布了婴儿摇篮的zui终规则（编号为16 CFR 1223），该zui终规则采用了ASTM F 2088-12a（其对ASTM F 2088-12a的采用有两处修改），并于2013年5月7日生效。

　　其与ASTM F 2088-12a的两处不同为：

　　（1） 不需符合ASTM F 2088-12a的8.3.1 的要求，而替换为：

　　有可调节座位椅背（可调节超过50度）应含有以下的警告语：

　　Keep swing seat fully reclined until child is at least 4 months old AND can hold up head without help;

　　Young infants have limited head and neck control;

　　If seat is too upright, infant’s head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in DEATH.。

　　补充了以下的警告语：

　　To prevent serious injury or death from infants falling or being strangled in straps;

　　Always secure infant in the restraint system provided;

　　Never leave infant unattended in swing;

　　Discontinue use of swing when infant attempts to climb out。

　　移动摇篮应有以下警告语：

　　Always place swing on floor. Never use on any elevated surface。

　　（2）玩具附件的强度的测试方法亦有所不同。
